Step It Up: 5K
Step it Up for A Great Cause
New numbers released by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention announced that 1 out of every 68 children are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Unfortunately, there is no known cure for autism as of yet, and in the time it takes you read this release another person will be diagnosed with this disorder. Although autism affects both boys and girls, boys are more frequently diagnosed than girls. 1 in 42 boys and 1 in 189 girls are diagnosed each year. It is with your help that we are one step closer to finding a cure for these autism spectrum disorders.
